3. Game Rules and Fair Play

We will not be held liable for losses arising from service interruptions, connectivity issues on the player's end, or events outside our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 588jl's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
